Our parts and equipment have a variety of weights up to thousands of pounds.  For certain product types and locations, it is hard to determine the actual shipping cost to you in an automated fashion.  There are also certain items that cannot be shipped to other countries due to governmental restrictions. 

If you're outside of the continental US and are interested in ordering parts, contact us at iacparts@iacserv.com so we can work you directly to see if we can fulfill your order. 

Our used equipment inventory is always available and after shipment is arranged normally ships within 3 days.  

For parts, items in stock will ship within 1-2 business days of your order.  Items not in stock may take up to 14 days.  You can contact us at iacparts@iacserv.com for questions on any cart order you've saved to determine the likely time to receive your parts.

We can offer a variety of expedited shipping options.  While we have tried to simplify the shipping process for our customers with standard shipping, if you need your part immediately, write us at iacparts@iacserv.com after saving the items in your cart, and we can quote you various expedited shipping options. 

We've tried to keep shipping as low as possible, but with as many parts as we offer, it's possible we've made a mistake.  If you have any concern with the shipping for your order, contact us at iacparts@iacserv.com, and if the quoted shipping is in error, we will adjust it before processing your order. 

For small orders, we require credit card processing.  For large orders, contact us at iacparts@iacserv.com and we may extend credit to your company after review.
